CQHRM Entry Requirements
10-month programme (with research report) тАУ any one of:
- Completion of CIPM’s CIHRM.
- A degree in HRM or HCM from a recognised university.
- Ten years of HR experience, including three at senior management level, plus an MBA or Master’s in any discipline with at least one HR/HCM module.
7-month exemption programme тАУ any one of:
- Completion of CIPM’s PQHRM.
- An NDHRM plus eight years of managerial experience.
- An MBA in HRM or an MSc in HRM.
New to HR? CQHRM is the top of the CIPM ladder. School leavers and career starters usually begin with a lower CIPM certificate or a university HRM diploma, then move up.
