BrightNook Tips Before You Apply
- One post, one application, one fee. Applying for two posts means two forms, two Rs. 200 payments and two original receipts.
- “Reach by” means arrive, not posted. Registered post from outside the Eastern Province can take several days, so aim to post by mid-November.
- Use the prescribed form only. The notice says applications not on the official form, incomplete or illegible ones, and those without proof of payment are rejected without notice.
- Check your NVQ level against the post. Technical Officer (ICT) needs NVQ 5, while Machinist needs NVQ 4. Our NVQ levels guide explains the difference.
- Get your forwarding letter early if you work in the state sector. The head-of-institution step is the one that usually causes delays.
